I think Vegeta hit AT LEAST as hard as SSJG Goku did, but the point is that he caught Bills off guard by doing so, which allowed him to hurt Bills before he could counter Vegeta. This allowed him to do EVEN MORE damage to Bills than Goku did, which puts Vegeta AT LEAST on par with SSJG Goku, which is monstrous, since he was only a SSJ2. Imagine him as a SSJ3, or SSJG.

When I said weakness, I was including things like arrogance. In all the scenes you mentioned, the latter individual was being cocky, and allowed an attack to hit them, because they were so confident they could withstand it. OTHER than Vegeta vs Bills, in which case, Bills was caught off guard, just like how Buutenks was, when base form Goku cut him in half with a kienzan.

Hell, Krillin would have KILLED Nappa, if Vegeta didn't yell at him to dodge at the last second. Same with Vegeta and Cell. Cell would have died if he didn't realize how strong Vegeta's final flash was, and dodged to the left at the last second. I don't really understand the Goku vs Cell thing though, that you mentioned. They were both roughly equal in power, with Goku being slightly weaker. However, Cell didn't expect Goku to 1. Use a planet+ busting kamehameha, pointed towards the Earth he was trying to protect, or 2. Use instant transmission to teleport in front of him, to land a direct hit from a full power kamehameha.

At exactly 44:39, Vegeta yells, "Crap, whatever!", and rushes Bills. After doing this, he blocks and dodges several attacks from Bills, before Bills starts to actually hit him, and then lands a combo of DOZENS of blows on Vegeta, while Whiss is ordering sushi from some guy. Then, right before Goten and Trunks fuse to try and fight Bills, Vegeta gets slammed to the ground with a kick from Bills.

Sorry pal, but I don't have to concede if I'm RIGHT.
