We're starting where we live.

Delph starts in San Fran, as that's his turf.

You start....I don't know, Detroit or something. Bentley, were he playing, somewhere in France. Max in the UK, Insane in the UK etc.

This was the setup I have envisaged, based on all of the messages so far.

We're on KMC, God Blair contacts us, we agree and tell him, and we get whisked to our respective spots.

God Blair appears in the sky above us, and tells us we're on Battleworld yada yada. He also tell each of us who our opponents are, and MAYBE their powers (kinda like trading cards or something - no weaknesses, just powers. Like how people have described it so far - see SpawningPool's post).

We also get a device that tells us, within 50 miles, where another player is.

Ready?

That's what I envisage.

Nope. We are approached by a god-like being, empowered with our power of choice, and dropped into this duplicate Earth where we live with a device that gives us the general vicinity of the other empowered people on Earth (not who and what they can/intend to do, but where they are located on Earth within 50 miles).

Gotcha. So Delph said he will go underground. Don't think that will help since Delph, Galan, and you would probably be my first attack. Delph said he will hide underground. Nice thinking but that wouldnt help him here due to my perception.

He wouldn't have the time to create anything because I wouldn't give it to him. I would spot him without trouble.

Now to the people that is crossing dimensions (what powers are those), are you taking equipment with you? If so, this would take time since you have to think about everything you need. By the time you have tried to get all of the equipment you need, it would be frozen and unusable and you would probably freeze to death trying to retrieve these things. I know your locations. I control nature, I'm an Omega level mutant... my powers is hindered by my conciousness. Your hometown would be wrecked. The land would be frozen, any tech you are trying to get would be destroyed and I would be protected. I have all of the time in the world. I could make me a suit that'll protect me due to my low end durability or find a geek to do it for me as a trade for his life. Have shield/OMNI blasts...etc, etc...
