No, because Goku used ki for that.

Frieza's asspull survival is one of the most wanked things in the series too, he was supposed to die, and even when he came back due to asspull, he'd lost half of his head, that's not 'tanking', lol.

What's been shown SSJ 1 Trunks was fully grown and was above frieza so LOGICALLY

Goku SSJ1>>>SSJ Trunks>>>Cyborg Frieza

Also the fact of this bunch is goku had time to train in SSJ form when he was on that planet so again

Their ki blasts by many nautical miles, those moons aren't very big, and this is still the best physical destructive feat in the series.

We are making an assumption Frieza's people and Humans are biologically similar when no human in the series showed even close to Frieza's damage soak.

I lol'd. Vegeta injured himself in 450x gravity, but breaking his leg with a kick is planet level. Sure, man. Pass me the jergens.

Don't get me wrong, Goku can destroy the entire Naruto setting in one ki attack. But planet level his physical durability is not.

They are not biologically similar. And Goku has better durability than Frieza. Frieza would last 2 seconds againist cell.
