Incorrect.

They actually managed to evacuate people, the "wave o death" obviously wasn't as fast as it looked. Especially considering how slow it moved on the surface.

Do people actually land on Ziost and attempt to rebuild? As far as the video shows, it was the exact same effect with the planet turning brown and the force sucked out.

Your interpretation isn't necessarily correct.

Also, don't dodge my point. You were among those critics who bashed me on SWTOR forum for asserting that Vitiate became more powerful after Nathema event and eventually acquired the potential to influence entire worlds single-handedly. You have been proven wrong.

You're obviously angry, hence the unsupported claims and the loaded questions. Textbook defensive behavior.

I didn't comment on Vitiate>Sidious either way. All I said was that Sidious has been equipped with the power of planetary destruction for 20 years. 👍

He doesn't have the power to "influence" entire worlds, it was already stated he used the nexus to do it.

I must admit I'm confused by the logic that this feat (though I am unaware of the specifics) places the Sith Emperor above Darth Sidious.

Fact is, we have no basis for assuming Darth Sidious is incapable of this, any more than we have that he is. And to claim either with any level of validity, is to baselessly assume. It's therefore insufficient proof of the Sith Emperor's superiority.

Darth Sidious have never destroyed an entire planet. Only Darth Nihilus comes close to matching Vitiate's feat.
