there are, but you'll hate yourself for wasting time in the anime when both the writing and art of the Manga is so much better. I do have to warn you though, if you can't handle intense (and I mean really intense) violence, or if you have a weak constitution, you shouldn't read them.

Correction: Carver has only said that amped Spidey receives Saitama's strength and durability.

The rest of his stats, will continue to be Spiderman's.

Spot has already outreacted a serious Spiderman. So yeah, Spot defeats him.

The shockwaves from a punch made by this version of Spiderman would probably kill spot. Remember, Spiderman is aware of his upgrades and have experience fighting Spot. Why take the physical approach when you can beat your opponents from a distance.

Over 500m, he has easily gone back into his Spot Dimension before Spidey attacks - it's his usual tactic. I can show scans if you want - you know I repped his powers in the tourney.
