Who, Doom? I don't know about that, his armor is pretty OP, when PIS is off. He, like most fictional characters, honestly, could still catch Goku off-guard, and kill him that way. But if Goku was bloodlusted, Doom would obviously stand not a slight chance.
Honestly, Goku is pretty bad to use for vs. fights right now. He always keeps his guard down, and can get hurt/killed by things that he wouldn't even feel, if he was being serious. Vegeta, on the other hand, has the opposite problem. Meaning he NEVER drops his guard, which means he keeps his insane universe level durability AT ALL TIMES.
