I would think an exhausted Freeza power would make 4th form way below SSB Vegeta when base Goku was > full powered 4th form Freeza. So the difference between Freeza and Vegeta is probably greater than the Semi perfect Cell and FPSSJ Goku. Because base to just super saiyan is 50x and who knows if ssb makes that higher. And I don't think FPSSJ Goku was 50x Kamiccolo. Since that would mean base Goku would have to at least had equaled 18 and that is doubtful.

Everytime they reach out to the filipinos they get bad looking episodes.
I don't know why they'd get shitty animators for such a throwback fight though. First form Frieza looks good. Golden Frieza looks good. 4th form Frieza lol. And then he looks good for 2 minutes of the next episode.
But Cell didn't burn through energy unlike Freeza. Freeza in RoF was more akin to ssj3 Goku. He reverted to normal because his energy ran out to sustain it.
What makes you think going ssb isn't the same multiplier

They didn't punch each other though. Goku and Beerus was pushed back by the energy that came from their punches whereas the Kais didn't budge. I think you need to look at the episode again. Beerus and Goku felt the attack
I think you need to watch it again, carver. It was explicitly stated that the energy/shockwaves generated from their attacks became vastly more powerful the further outward it spread. Those are the facts from the episode itself, whether you like it or not.

The shockwaves reached the Kais. What happened to them? Nothing.
Look at what happens to Goku and Beerus. They are slung from the center of said attack. After the second clash, Beerus and Goku showed scuff marks. They didn't land a single hit on each other, it was the center of the attack that damaged them whereas again, the Kais (who would feel the blunt of the shockwaves) didn't budge.
Please look at the scene above. Goku and Beerus is screaming and pushed away from the shockwaves of their attack. The Kais TANKED the force that was generated from both Goku and Beerus Universal crusher. Now please put 2 and 2 together.
Goku and Beerus were flung back as a result of the feedback from their punches contacting one another with exactly the same power behind them--Newton's 3rd Law in action. However, the punches were NOT universal at their epicenter. Not only does the clip you posted prove everything I've said, but this fact was EXPLICITLY NOTED in Ep.12:
Elder Kaioshin: "It seems that the destructive power increases the further removed it gets from the generation point. We're done for...The universe will be destroyed. If those two clash a few more times, then people, planets, us gods, even Beerus-sama and Goku...Everything will be totally destroyed. This universe will become a vacuum, devoid of anything."
And just in case you're not clear: this is the "generation point": (please log in to view the image)
Please don't act like a moron.

LOL... the feedback from their punches pushed them back. I agree with that Galan. The thing that aids my argument even further is, Goku and Beerus was pushed back as soon as the shockwaves started to surface.
This is a simple concept. The Kais are either more durable than Goku and Beerus since they didn't budge during the attack, or Beerus and Goku felt the blunt of said attack since it pushed them off and had them screaming. Again, they sat in that position until the shockwaves surfaced and then they were pushed back.
I'm done with this topic though since I know I will not convince you of anything. You can believe the Kais are more durable if you want.
LOL... the shockwaves did become more powerful as it went across the universe, that still doesn't take away from the center, ya know, the starting point of the shockwaves being the most destructive. The showing proves this. Dont know how much clearer this can get for anyone.
Beerus and Goku was pushed back by something. I know what pushed them back and had them all scuffed up, I wonder if you know because it sure as hell was not because of them punching each other because that didn't happen. They didn't budge when they connected fist either. It was clearly the shockwaves that pushed them back and had them screaming in pain. Anyways, believe what you want to believe and keep digging trying to find things to take away from the Z fighters. Kinda like there being only 4 Galaxies in the Universe. That was debunked.
You kept pressing that as evidence to take away from what Beerus and Goku achieved. Glad the writers got that out of the way.
Until DBS, there were only 4 galaxies in the DBU. This was canon fact for decades, confirmed in multiple sourcebooks and by Toriyama himself in interviews... But of course that isn't something I'd expect you to know, because you entirely ignore canon facts anyway.

We are done. No explanation given on why Goku and Beerus felt the blunt of this whereas the humans below and the Kais didn't budge except once and that was minor. Lets move on. I think the last episode was amazing and I'm not sure if Vegeta knows what he is talking about when it comes to the Super Saiyan God form and its limitations. They might be doing that so that Beerus and Whis will not become irrelevant. Also, Beerus admitted in this episode that he held back against Red Goku.
