Remember we are judging fighting speed by VISUAL SPEED. Fighting against super-humans is totally irrelevant with that rule. At 2:52 did you see the lightning fast punch Nite Owl tried to hit Ozy with? That attack was faster than anything by WS. Yet Ozy casually parried and countered with an equally fast (or faster) punch.
But what you said derails the discussion. We are debating FIGHTING SPEED.
We know that Ozy's punches are not uselss because he snapped them out without any telegraphing and he managed to hit 2 HIGHLY SKILLED combatants CONSISTENTLY.
No, those characters were superhuman if you look at their feats.
And being superhuman is irrelevant to us using visual speed as exact speed in which a character moves and responds.

No, but it's easy to beat up opponents whom you're vastly superior to. Look how easily WS plowed through BW and Agent 13. Fact is Ozy is untested against someone of equal stats to him.
He didn't Plow through them though did he? Agent 13 landed a blow or two... BW locked him in a hold and landed 3 elbow strikes.... Granted they did next to nothing to WS, but do you actually believe they would've landed a single thing on Ozy? If you're being honest, you would say no. They simply wouldn't land a thing on him. So I beg to differ on the plow through as relates to Ozy, he would've "plowed" through them easier
I didn't say he was untouched by their attacks. I said he plowed through them. He tanked their attacks, even a groin shot, and just decimated them. Let me ask you, do you think Ozy could have taken a groin shot and not even slow down?
I think Ozy would have probably taken less hits but would also have taken a lot longer to take out BW and Agent 13. He doesn't have the knockout power that WS has. He certainly won't "plow" through them like WS did.
Of course, that's assuming he can keep fighting after a groin shot.
Because didn't fight him. She jumped on his back and tried to strangle him. How would she have faired if they fought h2h?
Its not who you fight but what skill you show.
I don't recall the showing. But I'm mostly referring to durability. Rorschach did do some super human strength feats though.
Anyway, a low showing doesn't make a high showing disappear. If a character has superhuman feats then they are superhuman in ability.
His suit is bulletproof. That's more durable than WS. But it doesn't matter as Ozy will not get hit.
