Overpowered by cops doesn't take away his superhuman feats. I don't even know what you are talking about tbh with the overpowered by cops statement. Post the scene.
He won't touch Ozy. Ozy will school him and beat him easily. I'm convinced he can beat both Cap and WS simultaneously. Bullet reaction ability and great hand speed and superb skill will get the job done.

WUT??? You can't be serious here. Taken a lot longer to take them out? This has to be a joke right? Somebody that can kick a grown man, lying on the ground, over 10 feet, certainly has enough striking power to "plow" through them with ease. Somebody who's strong enough to toss somebody further than WS ever has, yeah I'd say he can "plow" through them. Of course I think he can take a groin shot. He took, what, 6 or 7 unanswered blows by somebody who was taking out huge strong dudes in one hit. Who was breaking bones with hits. He took multiple shots from him and didn't even budge or show pain. Yeah, I'd say he'd be just fine. At least you were honest in that they would've land a thing. So really, we wouldn't have to worry about a groin shot he could take anyways. He'd simply outskill them better than WS did.
I assume you meant to type "wouldn't land a thing", in which case I caught you in a lie again. I never said they wouldn't have landed a hit. Please quote me where I said that.

Nice side step. You know it's ok to admit you were wrong.
Also pretty sure BW and Agent 13 will land a few blows on Ozy, and it will depend on how he takes those blows. I think Ozy is too careful and meticulous to allow BW to ride his shoulders and rain down elbow after elbow on this head, but I also don't see him powering through it like WS did.
I saw civil war. I don't remember everything. I don't have perfect recall. So please either post the scene or the time stamp. Then I'll judge from there.
There seems to be a lot that you don't remember when it involves characters you're arguing against.

Being a bullet timer proves He won't get hit. He will easily see his attacks moving in slow motion. He can block and dodge without even looking at WS. He can fight WS with his back turned. Easy fight.
You are basically throwing out the bullet feat like it never happened.

It's perfectly fine to not remember everything in a movie, but if your memory wasn't that good of a particular movie, you might have wanted to go with less committed statements like "BW NEVER fought WS".
He sees at bullet time. He can move at any speed he likes up to bullet speed. He doesn't have to fight at bullet speed. He can fight at a fraction of it and still be faster.
IOW, you can't prove that Ozy fights at bullet-time.
