*Also, Negan finally meets Dwight(crazy to see his face look normal, btw), who will presumably take him back to the factory. So I would imagine the final 2 issues of Negan's backstory will depict his subsequent rise to power, and creation of The Saviors... Should be quite good.

*Negan meets Dwight's community in its infancy(which we know will ultimately become The Saviors), and even begins asserting a leadership role over the people. He is also starting to realize that people/numbers DO matter for survival.
...Only one more issue until his backstory is wrapped up.

More importantly, it was confirmed by Kirkman in a recent 'Letter Hacks' section of TWD that Negan's backstory is being extended. It will now run for 16 issues instead of 12:
Dwight: "You got pretty comfortable telling us what to do. What were you... Y'know... Before?"
Negan: "I was a bad motherfucker..."
Anyway, this issue shows us how the numbers in Negan's group really began to grow. I'd imagine that he will start laying down the law very soon, and usurp total control of the [soon-to-be] Saviors... Good shit.
