As of issue five of Lost Light, Tailgate goes through energon a lot faster and collapses.
So unless he's strong enough to rip off the head of a phase sixer at the bell (unlikely)), team phase six probably wins.
Also, no feats at all for the improved giant sized Magus armor that Brainstorm modified. I suspect James Roberts really created that thing to give Minimus an excuse to mingle out of the impractically sized armor more often.
