Just found out about it now. (Sure, heard of it, but didn't know what it was.)
Yes, I DO live under a rock. Switched off of social media in the Livejournal/AIM days and never looked back.
Anyways, it sounds interesting. Have a feeling it'll end up a passing fad, once people get sick of actually going places instead of sitting down and playing..

Okay so I caught a pokemon but then the pokeball just sat on my screen for minutes. Does that happen often? I had to close the app to get it going again and now I lost that pokemon and the pokeballs I used.
