Yeah heard this on the radio the other day. He was 81 so he got to live a long life, so that is good.

I guess he must have done filming any Episode 8 stuff, so that'll be good to see for the last time. Think they've just kept using him since the Prequels for nostalgia purposes, because R2 can easily be done without an actor nowadays.
