Everytime he went up against a gunmen from a distance he shielded his upper body. That's what he will do here.

There is no evidence to suggest that Cap has the ability to trace the aim from this distance to know whether DS is aiming at the legs vs. the chest.

No one, in all the movies, were shown to try to shoot at his legs from a distance of 50m or more.

I never said the Hulk isn't as fast as Superman but his reflexes are quick enough to beat him down. Batman's were for that matter. laughing out loud
