Are you serious? There were two video clips posted. One with Cap running forward and one with olympic sprinters running the 100m.
In both clips the upper thighs and groin always remained stationary (in the laser line of fire). Only the lower legs and feet were moving in and out of the line of fire.
In other words, if DS aimed at the groin or up to 4inches below the waist then he's 100% guaranteed to hit something.
Am I supposed to care about an insult from someone that doesn't understand how moving works?

I reported you for trolling. You continue to ignore my points that show why DS would easily be able to shoot Caps upper legs in order to debate something that has nothing to do with that subject. Clips of Cap as well as Olympic sprinters were posted clearly showing my point holds. The portion up to 4 inches below the waist will always remain in the laser line of sight. Only the lower legs will move in and out of the laser line.
DS aims for 4 inches below the waist, he hits either the thigh or knee (knee when leg swings forward and thigh on back stride). Do you want me to post the clips again? If he aims 1 inche below then he always hits the upper thigh. If he aims at the groin then he always hits the groin. Remember Cap will be running straight forward as he always does to a single shooter in the movies.
Your misunderstanding of how moving works is directly related to the topic at hand, now do you understand or do you need me to explain it again?

Funny how you seem to understand how line of fire works in terms of shooting someone in the legs yet don't understand how a shield doesn't need to cover one's body but instead just cover line of fire.

How moving works is irrelevant if I posts clips SHOWING that the upper thighs remain in the laser line as Cap is moving forward. You are derailing the thread by talking about someone misunderstanding how moving works
