I understand. I guess one final question: do you think Antifa has displayed fascist tactics? I do not just mean in this instance, but overall. They have also blocked entryways for events to try to prevent people from attending, merely because they disagree with their views, and it's not always nazi stuff either as we saw with Milo in Berkeley.
So setting aside this woman and what happened to her, what do you think of Antifa?

Ok, allow me to pose a question, because obviously your deductive reasoning is different from mine. In your mind, why do you think merely the act of holding the bottle automatically means it wasn't in self defense? I mean merely the act of holding a bottle does not mean she went on the offensive and started swinging the damn thing, especially give that earlier in the protest, you got fools on both sides throwing rocks and swinging flagpoles.
You want my honest opinion? Because it's the exact same view I have for other political activist groups:
"There are a million things you could be doing besides yelling into megaphones, casting stones, burning flags and generally being incredible dickheads. Go do them and make your opinions on politics known when it comes time to vote, where your opinion matters. The only time I would ever accept violent demonstration like that is if the government actually did become totalitarian, but by then you'd be picking up guns for civil war, not burning flags and effigies because your pissed off."
I've already said that it could have been self-defense, but that I believe it more likely that she was using it as a offensive weapon. you're too caught up in arguing that you haven't been paying attention to what I've actually said.

Hmm, that is a harder question to answer. Protests in general is the public outcry of people wanting to be heard, and they are willing to try and stamp out other opinions while they do it. Union protests are nothing but this tactic. But actual facism is a lit more.... permanent. The most extreme example was indeed Nazi Germany, whose state sponsored religious beliefs (And yes, that Arianism was Himmler's attempt at crafting a religious facade) demanded the extinction of jews, and the enslavement of any people not white skinned blonde haired and blue eyed, irrespective of anyones opinion on the matter.
That being said, to bring that full circle, even I am well aware that not every German was a Nazi. Hell, not even every member of the Wehrmacht agreed with the views of the SS, and were merely doing their duty as soldiers of Germany. Hell, soldiers are only soldiers in a relative sense. Political views change with whomever is in control of their nation. The ruling party shapes the course of that country for however long they hold power. The whole reason the Cold War rose, and then fell was for this exact reason as well.
You.... You just said that you BELIEVE it was more likely she was not holding the bottle for defensive reasons. All I asked was WHY you believe that. That's not going against facts for Christ sake, that's just asking you why you believe what you said you believe.
At this point, what you are doing is deliberately trolling. If you don't want to answer a simple direct question about what you yourself said, just say so, Don't try and tell ME what you obviously have been misinterpreting then try and state what I care about. Because if you do that, than I am obviously going to tell you to "go f*ck yourself with rusty razor blades" for being unnecessarily rude.
