Batman (DCEU) vs Daredevil (MCU)

Round 1 - Standard gear. They start at opposite ends of a cluttered, old warehouse.
Round 2 - Regular clothes. No weapons. Pure H2H in the middle of the street.

- Both opponents are operating at their peak.
- PIS/CIS is off.
- Win via KO/Death.

Who takes it?

That would make more sense. But apparently the film universe is called the DCEU. No idea why.
