Kingsmen wreck shop if it's plains clothes.
Gadgetry and armor without any prep? I'd still prolly go Kingsmen between their suits' durability, Galahad's nigh-superhuman durability plus his fighting skills, Eggsy's agility, and stuff like the umbrella shotgun and such.
Batmen win if stealth + gadgets are involved. It's the only scenario in which Baleman isn't nearly dead weight.
