She's stronger.
Her final scene against Ares and the soldiers has her much faster as well.
She'd have trouble if he tried to use his bats possibly, but it wouldn't stop her from getting to him.
Meh, I think Diana is getting way over hyped a long with her movie. She doesn't seem faster at all. The scene when Diana owned the group of soldiers was cool and all, but Drac did the same thing to a whole damn army, plus he's got pretty solid TK.

Animal(Bats at least) Manipulation on a large scale
Storm manipulation
And he fought an army of I think 1,000 men, and it took him several hours. We also saw them reacting to him and trying to fight back. Diana just blew through them in a straight line in her rage. At the speed she was going, she would've taken all of them out in far less time.
