Team Marvel. Amazons are going to lose a lot of their numbers at range from just Punisher, Hawkeye and the SHIELD guys, as they not only have much better weaponry, but they also have far better training, skill and firing discipline compared to WW1 German troops. Plus the fact that, unlike the Germans, pretty much everyone on Team MCU can handle themselves up close as well, so the Amazons won't have that edge either.

The MCU team is too heavily armed, especially with guys like Punsiher, Hawkeye and the SHIELD agents. And then there's also the fact that majority of these characters can probably outfight any single Amazon in melee as well.
With the kind of firewpower and accuracy Punisher has he can probably take out a third of their number on his own... provided he doesn't get sniped with an arrow.
Depends on what he is packing. The MCU team don't start on the beach. So, if he has his sniper rifle, the boat he is on can keep outside of their bow range and he can just casually pick them off.
