According to this article, linked from the Washington Post, threats of violence from Antifa accounts were really far right groups masquerading as them. They allegedly came from genuine Antifa accounts that were hacked.
The evidence offered for this is, some Antifa members claiming their account was hacked.
No evidence at all, in other words. They never justify their claims beyond taking Antifa's word for it.
None of this proves a damned thing. Having no followers simply means a channel is unpopular. The Twitter owner could have been lying, to avoid very real legal consequences for condoning or planning violence.
The bottom line, the article is offering up a narrative condoning Antifa, and attacking the right. This isn't news.
