maybe his path as the official one (who would ultimately decide the fate of the universe) has ended, cos he chose trinity, so now al his choices are made that will affect stuff big time. like, if i was a one and my pah was to know down one dominoe at the end of a row, and i flicked one at the beginning of the row, the jobs done, but the last one hasnt been knocked over yet.
and thats how he is dont being the one, and it looks like the matrix is going o crash, but if he stops the dominoes falling then everyone can be happy

it looks as if agent smith has turned everyone in the matrix into himself andd the matrix is slowly crashing and neo has to kill him b4 everyone dies. also i predict neo wiil die, it would be a bummer though.

At one point during Neo's conversation with the architect, the pictures around him were of his life, and it showed him as a child. I don't remember who was with him in those pictures, but I think he probably had "parents" within the matrix. Whether or not those were in any way really related to him (in the pods), I can't say. I have a feeling we'll find out more along that line in the third movie.
