The baby in the adult body is actually somehow more mature lol.

I like Asmodeus. This is one thing this show has consistently been able to do: establish great characters in a single episode.

We know that people become demons because their souls are sent to hell and they are tortured. I think it would be interesting to have the brothers have to deal with a demon of Deans own creation. We know he tortured people for decades in the pit, it would be interesting if one of them escaped. Especially if they made the soul sympathetic, like some guy whose kid was dying of cancer and he sells his soul to cure the kid(as opposed to just some horrible human being going to hell for being evil)

Damn, those masks that surgeon wore were creepy as f*ck.

I've become way too jaded about those kinds of things. When I saw him wearing that beak mask, my first thought was of how it would potentially obstruct his line of sight if he had to drill something below him.

[SPOILER - highlight to read]: I found Billie/nuDeath's attitude change very interesting, becoming much more in line with the previous Death (irritated tolerance). She stated how she'd been made aware of a far wider picture, and now knew of their importance. So, I'm guessing this is something to do with how Chuck proclaimed the brothers to pretty much be Earth's first line of defense against evil, which is probably an understanding he also had with the previous incarnation of Death.
Also, judging by how she spoke, she seemed to be aware of the whole multiverse, so I'm assuming the same goes for Death's peers/superiors (Chuck and Amara).
Also, now that they got Cas back, hopefully Dean will stop being a miserable jerk. And considering Castiel will likely also be pro-Jack, this hopefully means he will lay off there as well.

I just thought about it from the patients point of view. Being experimented on by a guy with that mask would just add to the nightmare fuel.

This is true, but I admit I read a slight spoiler before the episode. [SPOILER - highlight to read]: I found out Dean meets Death. I had hoped it would be the Death we've always had because I like the character. Nothing against Billy, but that other guy even just looked like you might imagine Death would look in human form. Sam and Dean also being necessary to the universe was somewhat funny because in the end they only succeed due to plot device or other supernatural beings helping them.
I'm also thinking now that the place Cas ended up is the place Billy originally intended to put Sam and Dean once they died. And possibly also the place Death planned to store Dean when he had the mark.
I was somewhat glad Jack wasn't in this episode, even though I do want to see more of him. But we more or less know how it will go, it will be the same as when Sam had an angel in him. The brothers will be nearly defeated and the Gadriel would pop out and help save the day. We're gonna have Jack most likely doing the same.
In the other episode seeing a different version of Michael made me think of Adam again. I wonder if they are ever going to get him out. Though he'd pretty much die instantly from the experience. Sam only spent a fraction of the time Adam has in the cage and it required divine intervention to help him. But I'm guessing he would go to heaven and it is better than eternal torment.
Speaking of heaven I wonder if Bobby is still in heavens prison. He got a raw deal.

Okay so the latest episode was meh for me. It's nice to have Cas back, but other than that the series just seems to ignore established power levels in order to have a reason for Jack to leave.
Why did nobody attempt to get Jack to heal the guy he killed? They all know even normal angels have the power to instantly heal most wounds, and Cas even brought Bobby back from the dead at a time when his power level wasn't anywhere near Jacks.

I just don't understand why they are all like 'OMG Cas is back how is this possible, its never happened before, like 100 times."
Also Cas is like..Oh God can't reach this place, even though he's brought me back a million times. But at least Dean was happier, and more upbeat this episode.

I guess you could maybe try to argue it is different because an angel blade killed him. But..nah, Cas has been exploded by two different arch angels and still come back.
But all of the main characters have been killed multiple times. I'm pretty sure the universe just hates Sam and Dean. For most people death is the end and then they go to heaven. For Sam and Dean death is just something that leads to increasingly horrifying situations.

I swear Lucifer is like this shows version of the Joker lol. Stop imprisoning him for christs sake, he always gets free. Stab his face until he dies.
He's like the one ring. You know it's better off destroyed, but when you get into close proximity of it you can't help but start thinking up all these crazy ways you wanna use it's power for yourself.
