Only Ozy never did that during a fight, he only managed that when he had time to prepare and knowledge about when and where the bullet was going to be fired and even then it sent him flying backwards.

Go re-watch the movie. Because he was not just moving. He was also attacking in return. He was cutting through guys while performing the moves I mentioned. Then there are also his CA:CW feats where he was doing things like casually catching and dodging Hawkeyes arrows as well. He also shows superior combat speed while fighting Killmonger towards the end of the film. And of course, if we do talk about his actual agility and mobility, it completely shits on Rorschach. Not even remotely close in that department.
Whether you want to take visual or implied speed, T'Challa is clearly much faster than Rorschach in a fight. But of course you will say otherwise, because it suits your argument to do so, even if it is plainly false to everyone else who watched all the films in question.
And of course, you will supply absolutely zero actual proof to your claim. You will just keep going on about "lightning" fast punches (a term you often throw out for characters on your side when you want them to sound impressive) while downplaying the other side.

H1 always says his guys are the faster fighters. However, you'll also notice that he refuses to post comparison videos of them fighting. Why do you think that is?

That's why I can't be bothered to put much effort into addressing him anymore. Because I already know that he will just keep repeating his narrative, while ignoring or downplaying anything he doesn't like, yet also refuse any kind of challenges or BZs to settle the matter, so that we can move on with the discussion. He would rather go back and forth on the same point for 10 pages long, just repeating himself and wasting everyone's time.

His attacks weren’t faster though, only his body traveling movement.
The arrow catch feat is a good feat. That adds to his reflex speed.
I didn’t really see any fast attacks at the end of BP. Not faster than Rorschach attacks.
Agility is and mobility is irrelevant here. He can’t attack or move faster than what Ozy can perceive. Ozy would see him in slow motion. Ozy can beat BP blind folded.
"The Heart Shaped Herb gives the Black panther enhanced strength, enhanced speed, and heightened senses." Panther has legitimate superhuman speed. It's directly stated in the movie.
It doesn't matter how many people view things differently, even if their views correspond with each other, or what is spelled out to us by the writers themselves. As far as H1 is concerned, only his version of things is the correct version.

You'll notice that he only posts an Ozy clip and nothing for BP, did you even wonder why?
It's because he knows that BP is clearly shown as the faster fighter.
