Ozy caught a bullet. That alone proves he's faster.
T'Challa didn't seem very skilled without the herb.
The herb increases his physical stats (not his skills). Otherwise superman is one of the most skilled beings.
It doesn't prove that he can fight faster, BP seemed more skilled than Ozy. you're letting your bias blind you to what the movies actually show.

No it doesn't, Throwing a punch and just moving your hand are two completely different things. next you'll be arguing that Bob Munden is a faster fighter than Floyd Mayweather.
By feats BP is the faster fighter.

^ The terminal velocity, yeah, the punch will be as fast if not faster than a simple hand movement. But from the time you initiate the punch to actually completing it, no, that takes longer than simply moving your hand. There are for more muscles and parts involved in delivering a proper punch than simply moving your hand, thus it can't be launched as fast.
I like how h1 just continues to prove that he knows absolutely nothing about fighting.

Same distance maybe but not the same preparation, not the same power, not the same muscles. There's a lot more that goes into a punch than just moving your hand from point A to point B.
Just drop this angle, you're wrong. Unless you want to start claiming that drummers can punch just as fast as boxers.

Of course different. But a punch wouldn't be significantly less speed than catching something. That's ridiculous.
If you can move your hand across your body to catch something then you can easily punch at least with the same speed. Even if not, then it shouldn't be significantly less (it should be more Tbh).
