Dark is so bias. Odin asked "how did you build this, there are great magic at work here". That's not a statement of someone being amped, lol... someone is messing with Hulk and I'm sure it's One Below All. Also, Odin comment about taking about Banner wasn't a factual statement, he THINKS that will stop Hulk. So no, he isn't amped and no, there's no proof that stopping Banner would stop the Hulk. Especially since we have comics proving that. Another thing, Odin obviously isn't human level. Banner confirms this by telling Odin "you may be powerful". Immortal Hulk has literally been mentioned since the beginning of this. One Below All has been mentioned as well. The One Below All influence was so powerful that some of the greatest mages in Marvel couldn't touch Hulk. Doesn't mean Immortal Hulk was amped, there were forces (OBA) just had his hand on Hulk and his hand has always been there since the beginning. So I'm guessing Hulk has always been amped. 🤷🏾♂️
