Let's clean up the forum.
Given I'm at home for the foreseeable future...
I will support the following statement, and I can go up against 4-5 posters simultaneously [i.e. all the albertos, jbls, hulksters, carvers and all the alt accounts] posters trying to prove the opposite:

So he called me out? We've already established my thoughts on BZs and my time with Phil has ended weeks ago. I will no longer see his amazing posts. What I'm trying to figure out is, having mods judge, what's the difference in having Stilt being a judge? I'm lost.
Difference is, if mods rule that Hyperion held the two planets apart and exerted planetary/universal force or whatever, then if Phildo or ANYONE else ever brings it up, it's against the rules.
What could possibly be wrong with anything you just quoted.

Give me one example in the entire KMC history of someone getting permabanned because of a battlezone.
The closest I can think of is when Dum Dum Dugan (aka capt it up, aka battlehammer) left the forum and forgot his password after losing to some newcomer.
Depends on the armor and gear he's packing, but he could do it.
Vegeta Blue was killed by the vaccume of space. And Dragon Ball characters don't really have an answer for more exotic abilities or tech.
Keep in mind Marvel is full of high end cosmic beings and abstracts, many whom Iron Man tangled with.

No, but look at what happened after the Superman speed ruling.
We used to have circular pages upon pages of the same boring arguments with the same scans we had all seen 100s of times before, not to mention the usual low-ballling (look! Shadowdragon! Look! Lobo!)
Now it still occurs, but far less now, both in breadth and scope.
And it doesn't matter, as DB characters operate at high combat speed all the damn time... whereas Marvel and DC get f*cked in the ass by powerless thugs and talking apes.
I think he kept those powers. His new suit has all of Extremis's abilities anyways.
