I spoke to my GP about the CBD and altho CBD is legal here, they don't have it as an official medicine and it's not even on the medical system so really its up to me whether or not to keep taking it. I am however prescribed Thiamin (aka vit B1) and an anti sickness drug (lorenzaprol) so that's good.
Weed is still illegal here, but I should be okay.

I still do. haven't smoked up in a few months, but I will again. I did give up drinking for the most part, though it's impossible to avoid completely when working/hanging out in manhattan. happy hour invites are just unavoidable, and you end up losing touch with people if you turn them all down. but I like being thin, and alcohol is get-fat-quick juice; so I keep it at 2-3 drinks...which actually gets me pretty buzzed these days

that's really good. I'm at 22 as well. finally bought a caliper to measure body fat and I'm at somewhere between 15-17%. covid lockdown does have its perks, like controlling diet (and no happy hours).
I really disliked coke. once was enough for me. didn't agree with me at all

I had Bashy all wrong. He's much more mature and understanding than the shit show others present.
I did coke maybe once or twice. It just wasn't for me. What's the point in being chatty for about 5 minutes and then thinking "I need more coke?" It's like going to a strip club. Go in, spend £50 for some awesome fun, then go to the atm for another round. Once you've run out of money you go home alone and have a wank.
