Did the humans ever surpass Frieza?

Before DBS, did the earthlings ever become more powerful then Frieza was on Namek?

Like final form frieza? Doubt it, but tien could probably kill him with the neo tribeam

The strongest Boo-era earthlings(ie. Krillin and Tien) could have probably beaten 1st, 2nd, and 3rd form Freeza... And maybe even preformed decently against the extremely low percentages of his 4th form... But they still weren't remotely close to 'full power' 4th form Freeza.

Not even base Goku at the start of DBS/BoG was on Freeza's level(per Beerus.)

That said, they could still potentially kill Freeza IF, say, Tien managed to successfully deliver a Neo-TriBeam, or IF Krillin managed to land a Destructo Disc... But those are obviously one-offs that Freeza could likely avoid if he didn't fight like a dipshit.

Uub did probably.

Frieza seems to survive being cut up without issue. I don't think the destructo disc would do it.

Yeah, Krillin would either have to decapitate Freeza(it may not kill him, but it should still incapacitate him), or he'd have to spam Discs and chop Freeza into a bunch of pieces(which should incapacitate him as well.)

Is final form frieza as strong as moro's henchmen? Because the panda was able to breeze through a disc barrage

Yunba used some sort of special 'Sonic the Hedgehog-esque' maneuver to deflect the Discs. Without that, he was susceptible to them(a Disc cut him shortly afterward.)

Either way, I have no clue how powerful Yunba is... But the fact that he gave Krillin a good fight suggests that he is WELL above Namek-saga Freeza, imo.

With Freeza's body physiology I don't think a destructo disk would work.

Like I mentioned above, the Disc would either have to decapitate Freeza, or chop him up into a bunch of pieces. May not kill Freeza, but it should incapacitate him.

Barring that, I agree with you. Aside from characters with regen(obviously), Freeza's damage soak is the best in the series, by far.

Base goku was weaker than frieza, no way any human comes close to his full power
