People brought up a concern. He spoke with someone who would know, the concern was put to rest. Seems like he did his job here to help squash people's fears that they'd get shot.

You choosing to only post part of the information is not irrelevant, it was a deliberate attempt to spin. If you truly felt the rest of the info would have not changed the narrative you believe is true, you would have posted the whole exchange and let the reader decide for themselves. But you didn't.
Yep, and it doesn't matter if using live ammo would be illegal because they're already being accused illegality.
