Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Saitama and Blast have appeared at the same time in the same place and have quite a bit of dialogue. So unless there's some weird time travel stuff at play then they can't be the same person.
Blast could barely do anything against cosmic Garou h2h. Saitama tanked Garou's most powerful blast without even a scratch, and Blast was then crapping his pants at the energy being produced from Saitama going into legitimate serious mode.
At most I'd say that Blast might be equal to a semi serious (but still holding back) Saitama, but thats it.
The only one up Blast seems to have are his bfr beams. But Garou resisted them, so I'm sure Saitama could as well.
