Quiet Council stomps... This is quite lop-sided.

I'd switch in Despero and Brainwave Jr for Psimon and Max Lord, or add Milton Fine Brainiac or someone of his caliber to the DC side to even things out...

But the way Jean Grey is written these days as the Mary Sue of psychics, not sure if even those replacements would make much of a difference.

Brainwave Jr. Isn't on Psimons level. Psimon is a planet/team buster. Hector Hammond mentally wiped out several Controller's minds at once without breaking a sweat, and casually mind screwed Orion and his Mother Box. Max Lord basically mind wiped the planet twice and Psycho Pirate is multiversal
