Is killing in war against the law? No, so it's not murder, technically. You asked if it was murder, and under modern law, no.
You said killing isn't different from murder. Murder is a crime with specific criteria.

Someone with no resources, no source of income, and no way of even supporting themselves may find Abortion a logic and -if anything- humanly way to not make a baby suffer through the trials it will inevitably have to.

So do I. Too many people who are ill equipped to rear children on many levels (financially, emotionally, cognitively) are having them. It creates problems for everyone. You end up with overcrowded classrooms, higher crime rates, more pollution etc. I know it may seem like a cynical vantage point, but that's how I see it.
