Two respectful Marvel and DC Comics damsels in distress gets into a fight after a harsh argument about who's better journalist between them.
Fight to death, KO or incapacitation.
Fight take place in the office building. Both are unarmed, but can use nearby objects (pens, pencils, scissors, chairs, box-cutters and etc) as a melee weapon.
Both in character.

They've both had some brief stints as amateur superheroines, haven't they? Those showings should be analyzed.
Aside from that... this is pretty even, isn't it? Love interests, completely powerless, woman-of-success attitude... can handle themselves in most situations (or at least they believe so).
Seems like a toss-up. Mary Jane very briefly trained with Cap, but Lois found a friend in Catwoman...
And Lois is a daughter of military personnel (Sam Lane is a general of U.S. Air Force) and she was trained how to fight sicne she was a kid. She has black belt in karate and has decent skills, actually.
