Shang.

BT's best feat was making a quick work of Batman in their very first fight, which is something all DC martial artists need to do, if they want to be noticed by their readers.

Here's the thing. Marvel and DC have a very different approach to street level characters. DC's is largely focused on and around Batman, while Marvel's scpope is much, much broader, while at the same time more defined. Elektra, who isn't used often by Marvel's standards has more appearances than Bronze Tiger, Dragon and Shiva combined, and Iron Fist (also not used a lot by Marvel standards) has twice as many appearance as Eleckra. What this means is that Marvel allows other characters to have the spot light, while DC keeps there's largely focused on Batman. It would be a statiscal impossibility that the best fighter in DC would be the equal of the best fighter in Marvel.

Marvel has an answer or an analog for virtually all of the street level Martial Artists in DC... but the reverse is not true. DC has no answer for Captain America. No answer for Wolverine. No answer for Black Panther. And even in the analogs that do exist (Batman = Daredevil. Elektra = Shiva. Iron Fist = Richard Dragon), the Marvel characters always has a power or ability that would give them a sizable advantage in a fight. Marvel's street level sandbox is bigger than DC's and even in larger pool of more skilled characters with exotic abilities Captain America is still considered to be vying for the top spot. Steve Rogers is too much for Batman to handle. Too much for Shiva to handle. Too much for Bronze Tiger to handle.

Thanks. I also think Shang would beat Tiger and if Shang was on BT's place when BT took Batman down with 3 strikes - he could do exactly the same.
