I want this game, and it's bumming me out that my specs might not be up to it.
Basically I'm running AMD mobile hardware, a Youtube video of a slightly better mobile gpu needs to tweak the game to 40fps because he can't maintain 60fps. For me that's a problem because the Adrenalin Driver dash keeps breaking after multiple reinstalls, meaning I won't really be able to lock the frame rate.
If Vulkan was available like in Hades this probably wouldn't be an issue, but it is what it is.

Since I'm playing on a 720p panel is there any reason to even use upscaling?

Not only HiFi Rush having $0 promotional build-up but how you can tell someone had the word fun on the brain developing this, how it doesn't feel like an over glorified tech demo and not even charged $70. Forspoken must've had more invested into its marketing than for the game itself and is losing now to HiFi Rush in Steam sales.

30fps, max settings seems ok but a drop to 22 for a split second spooked me into dropping into mid. Still looks good.
For anyone that doesn't play on integrated graphics or a potatoe it should max out nicely at 60.
