Hmm.
Definitely a few of Riv's classics
One's that have been memorable for me over the years.
The Borg (pre-Voyager + First Contact)
The Event Horizon
Sidious
Thanos
The Kurgan (Highlander)
Magneto
HAL 9000
Simon Phoenix (Demolition Man)
The Thing
Omni Man
Homelander
Andrew Scott (Universal Soldier)
The Operative (Serenity)
Jean Baptiste Emmanuel Zorg (The Fifth Element)
Jobe Smith (The Lawnmower Man)
The obvious and generally agreed upon ones aside.
@imp/Jaden" Good call on The Event Horizon as a villain, a film rarely mentioned, but it's great 👆
@Arachnid1: Also good call on Hal, not one that comes to mind for me.
Is Vader still considered a villain?
For sure these:
The Thing (1982)
The Borg (agreed on the TNG aspect)
Terminator (1984)
Emperor Palpatine
Oxymadius (I'm assuming it's part sci-fi)
Possibly: T-1000 (Robert Patrick)
Still weighing the rest
The master computer in Logans Run is a bit of a ****, not sure he is up their with Skynet or the Machines in the Matrix mind you, neither is he as funny as Hal or the one in Demon seed or that shit film with Johannson. The one in Oblivion is worse but still not the very worst, although the most successful invader of Earth. Is V'ger Star Trek again the worst by action?
