There's a serious argument to be made that Jean Grey by the end of X-2 would solo.
Homelander would be literally powerless in her telekinetic grip and the others, who can't even fly, would be even more helpless.
Speed is their only chance to win, but given that Jean could block a laser blast from Cyclops after it was fired and that she is at least as formidable as Magneto who can catch bullets after they are fired she should be able to pluck Homelander and A-Train and disable them before they can kill her.
And that's only if they think to targe ther first. Other than Black Noir none of them are really shown to be particularly tactical in how they fight.
Lifting the X-Jet by itself is a better strength feat than any Homelander has. That she was also holding back literal thousands of tons of water at the same time is just icing on the cake.
