Alioth is a weird one. He is essentially a being that is a living storm, and he can consume all matter and energy he comes into contact with. So trying to use her magic could possibly see it being eaten like candy, while simultaneously what can she really do to hurt a sentient storm cloud that looks like a doggo? He Who Remains had specific technology to interact with and manipulate temporal energy, which Alioth technically is as a trans-temporal entity. Wanda lacks that capability though. Like she's not gonna snap his neck or turn him into spaghetti.

Wanda *might* be able to win via TP, but even that's not a solid guarantee. Aside from the fact that she's only used TP on humans(iirc), the TVA also noted that a Loki + Sylvie combo generated more power than they've ever seen... Which might be beyond Wanda's ability to duplicate.

Aside from that, I'm not really sure what Wanda could manage. Seems like her hexes/magicks would just be devoured. Kang originally used Alioth to prune every branch from the 'sacred timeline', after all, so it is a universal/multiversal being.
