Meh it didn't bother me too much. There are major differences in the sense that this was purposely done through sorcery. It wasn't the Force acting or reacting on it's own.
What irritated me more was how easily [SPOILER - highlight to read]: "Master" Indara went down. Like "oh no can't fend off two different attacks from a Noob".

I did say the show is unoriginal and that episode 3 was boring. I also have a feeling my earliar concern is correct and this is going to Boba Fett and turn to ripe shit as it goes on. Hopefully I'm wrong.
Also, my penis is larger than average, probably why I'm not bothered by a lesbian couple who can do some stuff
Ok, just watched ep 4. It was pretty slow, the highlight is at the end with the Sith Lord popping up in front of the Jedi. That’s the scene we saw in the trailer but I didn’t think we would have met him so soon. I had heard theories that the Asian guy helping Mae may be the Sith Lord and, well, after this episode he is surely very sus, even though the Sith does look a bit… slimmer than him. Anyway hopefully we’ll have a decent fight next week, guess those fodder Jedi will die
I used to watch that numbnut now I can't stand him.
As for the show I can't believe that Disney has turned me against Star Wars Ike this. I didn't watch episode 4 and I'm not sure I can take any more of this.

25 minutes of nothing exciting happening and then, in the last half a minute, when something cool beings to happens, the episode suddenly ends. ****in hacks.
Also lmao at Mae's out of nowhere heel turn. No moments of introspection, just a sudden turn.
Everyone knows. It couldn't be more blatant that it's the Ezra Miller knock off. Maybe he is a red herring, but the show doesn't seem smart enough to pull something like that off. Plus, he's easily the second best character in the show so it would be disappointing if it was someone else.
Meh. Could be simply a combination of poor lightining and deleibritely trying to hide the character's identity.
All I know is that this episode very deliberately (and IMO quite blatantly) sets up the Ezra look-alike as Smilo Ren. Maybe they will do some twist and make that not the case, but it would feel quite cheap.
Yeah, as Darth Thor already pointed out, Anakin has officially been conceived by the Force. I remember some years ago one of Vader comics alluded to him being created by Plagueis and Sidious, but then one guy from Lucasfilm story group (Matt Martin I think) immediately clarified that was not the official explanation of Anakin’s birth. Btw even if Plagueis learned about this power from the witches and used it generate Anakin, why would it make him less special? He’s still the chosen one, the twin sisters are not. He was born immensely powerful in the force, while none of the two sisters does look particularly gifted. Especially the evil one who can’t beat a Jedi in a fair fight despite being trained by the Sith.
Anyway, I noticed a huuuge part of the Star Wars fandom misunderstands what a Sith actually is. Sooo many people are complaining about Ki Adi Mundi knowing about Mae, which apparently contradicts his famous quote “The Sith have been extinct for 1000 years”.
Attacking a Jedi and using the dark side doesn’t make you a Sith. Even having a red lightsaber doesn’t automatically mean you’re a Sith. There are several canon comics or games with darksiders who attack the Jedi, yet they aren’t considered Sith: they may be fallen Jedi (like Dagan Gera or Taron Malicos), affiliates to other orders (like the Sorcerer of the Tund who massacred Vildar Mac’s village in 400 BBY) or just random force users with no affiliations (like Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati).
I remember there is one comic set shortly before EP2 where Count Dooku and a Jedi collaborate to track down a criminal sindicate. At a certain point during a fight Dooku ignites his new red lightsaber and while the other Jedi is initially surprised by the colour it’s not like he automatically assumes Dooku is a Sith.
It’s just dumb to complain about the Jedi not calling Mae a Sith
