Hmmm, some valuable points, and all, but frankly I was a bit disappointed. It was better then the first, but then I was disappointed by that. I have played the games, and survival horror is great, and I realise the movies would be different, but well.... I went into it expecting, hoping for a good zombie movie, maybe not a Shaun of the Dead, or Dawn of the Dead, but something... it was just mindless action really. Look, the lickers who escaped just happened to take cover in the one church the heroes also took cover in. Well. And the zombies might as well not been there at all.... sorry, ranting. I give it 2 iron potatoes out of 5.

Since when has resident evil had anything to do with traditional 'romero' zombies. As for the lickers im sure there were more in the city than just them three. altough i was under the impression that in the game the lickers were blind and in RE2 we have a point-of-view shot of how the lickers see.
It was a great film for what it was. RE was always about mutated zombies and tyrants (which i would like to see in a future RE. The bland scary type from the RE2 game)

I combined all the "Resident Evil: Apocalypse" threads into one, with the most recent showing at the tail end of the thread. It's a lot easier to view.
I bought the DVD, but have yet to watch it. I've got atleast 30 others in line, lol.
