Picture This! Entertainment has bought the rights to Ivo Trajkov's
The Great Water, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The film concerns a communist government official who, as he is dying, recalls his boyhood in postwar Stalinist Yugoslavia.
The movie will be Macedonia's official submission for the foreign-language film Academy Award.
