Synopsis:

Follows a rebellious young man whose life is veering out of control. He enlists in the Coast Guard, where he forms a mentor-type friendship with a legendary rescue swimmer who lost his crew in a fatal crash. The older man helps turn around the life of the younger man by teaching him the meaning of sacrifice.
