Dwayne Johnson is in talks to star in MGM's " Hercules, " to be directed by Brett Ratner. Scribe Ryan Condol adapted Steve Moore's graphic novel " Hercules : The Thracian War, " which debuted in May 2008 via Radical Publishing.
