Director Walt Becker is set to helm Touchstone Pictures comedy

The project is about a wily, scamming Navy clerk who accidentally switches places with a legendary Navy SEAL and is sent on a covert operation in Cuba.
The movie is eyeing an August start for a summer 2006 release.
