Rob Schneider has signed to star in the children's fantasy
Juliana and the Medicine Fish, says the Hollywood Reporter.
The feature, helmed by Jeremy Torrie, will see Schneider play a father who is trying to save his troubled fishing lodge as well as his relationship with his 12-year-old daughter, who uncovers an ancient secret in the waters near the lodge.
The film is based on the book by Jake MacDonald. MacDonald wrote the adaptation with Torrie.
