Victor Rasuk is set to join Salma Hayek in
Keep Coming Back, says Production Weekly.
The feature, which will mark William H. Macy's directional debut, follows a clean-cut Southern teenager with a good soul and a (literally) bad heart, which beats super-fast whenever he’s in a state of passion or terror. As a result, he’s under doctor’s (Macy) orders to lead a dull and bland life — or face death.
Unable to cope with his boring and loveless life he decides to reinvent himself as a “bad boy,” in order to win the heart of a stripper (Hayek) twice his age. Unable to control his passion he joins an Alcoholics Anonymous group pretending to be a recovering alcoholic just to be in the same room with her. Rasuk will play Hayek’s teenage son.
The project is currently slated to begin in mid-January.
