'King Kong' Still Has Casting Call On Extras

Peter Jackson's upcoming remake of King Kong is still casting, according to The New Zealand Herald.

Film company Big Primate Pictures, specifically created for the multimillion-dollar movie, has advertised for extras in tomorrow's Dominion Post.

The film company wants men and women aged 17 years and over, and anyone interested in being extras can write to the company, listing their contact details, and include "a headshot and full-length body shot" photographs.

"Successful applicants will be contacted in due course".

A King Kong spokeswoman said it was the first official call for extras, but no further details were available at this stage.
