I love running oudsite to music, it's like watching your own private music video, it heightens the experience. The songs I listen to all depend on my mood, if it's raining I like to listen to atmospheric stuff like, U.N.K.L.E, Faithless, Moby, Tricky and The Chemical Brothers and my favorite The Matrix Reloaded soundtrack. On sunny days I usually put on a mixture of tunes that make me feel good like, NERD, 50Cent, Bad Lieutenant, Incubus, and Jam with RoBina. And for weight training, it's got to be rock bands like Deftones, Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Hell Is For Heroes.I think music is so important, it fuels my workout and helps regulate my breathing, it also sets the pace, fast music I run faster, a slower tempo and the pace eases back, so I can catch my breath. I also like to choose certain tracks to play right at the end of my work out which boost my energy and spur me on when I'm running out of steam, like Rage Against The Machine's Calm Like A Bomb, and Oakenfold Dread Rock. There's something about those tracks that just seem to charge me up.
