Marlo Thomas has been cast to play mother to Demi Moore's character and grandmother to Miley Cyrus' character in "
LOL," the English-language remake of Gallic hit "
LOL: Laughing Out Loud."
Pic tells the story of a 15-year-old who, dumped by her more sexually experienced boyfriend, sets her sights on his best friend. At the same time, her 40-year-old divorced mother is struggling to move on with her life. Ashley Greene, Thomas Jane, Ashley Hinshaw, Lina Esco, George Finn and Douglas Booth also star.
